April 2013 Housing Market Update

The sales to active listing ratio is at 15% for April, this ratio is a gauge of demand within the housing market. Since April 2012, the overall residential market price has declined 3.9% in Greater Vancouver. However, since January 2013, we have seen an overall price increase of 1.6%.
